K-Factor Filter (KFF) has a proud history of providing the highest quality products and services to the leading names in industry. We specialize in solving standard and ultra-challenging filtration concerns with our innovative systems that separate unwanted solids from liquids.
Established in 1988 and a member of the Manurep Sales Inc. group of companies, we deliver superior self-cleaning liquid filtration systems that are maintenance free, energy efficient and offer a fast return on investment. From humble beginnings our company has grown to include dozens of employees, a state-of-the-art facility and engineering expertise that includes design, electrical and manufacturing competencies.

We can achieve this through diligent quality management and help from our external partners like suppliers and vendors. Our vendors and suppliers help us maintain our quality standards by conforming to the following guidelines:
- Requests for quotes are addressed within 48 hours.
- Purchase Orders are reviewed and confirmed within 24 hours.
- Confirmation of PO means pricing, product, quantity, sizes, ship-to address, shipping instructions, and required data are verified.
- Once a Purchase Order has been confirmed, line items, pricing, and lead times are final.
- The quality policy must be available upon request.

This means, we are committed to implementing and following a Quality Management System and it is important for us to do business with companies who comply with our VENDOR
EXPECTATIONS:
CONFIRMATION: After accepting the terms in vendor quotations, K Factor Filter will issue a Purchase Order pursuant to those terms. In return, vendors shall communicate written confirmation of the terms in our Purchase Order. These terms include but are not limited to: Description and name of the goods and/or services, quantity and price of the goods and/or services, information on the delivery and/or the execution of the service, payment and delivery conditions, any packaging and postage costs, details on proprietary rights, rights of use, and delivery location, reference to the general terms and conditions and the area of jurisdiction
ACCEPTANCE: All Deliverables shall be subject to the right of inspection and acceptance or rejection by k Factor Filter. For its convenience or due to force majeure, K Factor Filter may cancel any Order in whole or in part or change the specifications at any time. Upon cancellation, the Vendor shall stop all work.
PAYMENT. K Factor Filter will make reasonable efforts to pay invoices within the net terms indicated on the face of our Purchase Order after proper delivery and acceptance of Deliverables and receipt of invoice. K Factor Filter has the right to withhold charges that are under dispute until resolved.
CHANGES TO TERMS. Any changes or exceptions to the Purchase Order terms and conditions must be agreed to by K Factor Filter in writing. Any variance from or addition to these Purchase Order terms and conditions in any present or future invoice or other document delivered by Vendor will be void and of no effect unless agreed to in writing by an authorized representative of K Factor Filter.
QUALITY: We expect that vendors consistently provide evidence that they are providing goods and services of the quality that they promised to deliver. We expect that we receive exactly what we order both in quality, quantity, and within the agreed timeline and pricing. In turn, this helps ensure that our projects will be completed on time and within budget.
